All-Member Meeting
About this event
Don't miss it! We are honored to have Snohomish County prosecutor Jason Cummings as our guest speaker at this all-member event. Jason will discuss the county-wide proposition that is on the November ballot to increase sales and use tax by two-tenths of one percent (0.2%). The funds will be used for public safety, health, and criminal justice purposes. We will also hear:
from Duncan Clauson about the postcard project that the League conducts with the Elections Office as well as voter registration outreach to the county jail
the latest developments in the national League's efforts to fight voter suppression
how the state League is preparing us for this election and next year's legislative session, and
what you can do within Snohomish County to raise voter awareness and participation in this most consequential election.
Bring a friend, even several friends, because we are dedicated to building an informed electorate. Help us share this important information!
